Taste
Smooth herbal flavour with a balanced bitterness and a softer finish compared with stronger, dustier yerba mates. The coarse cut helps the flavour last longer during repeated infusions.
How to enjoy
Prepare in a mate gourd with a bombilla. Fill the gourd with yerba mate, tilt it to one side, add a small amount of cool or warm water to protect the leaves, then add hot water. Do not use boiling water; around 70–80°C is ideal.
